SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 8/4/08 AND ENDS 12/31/08. TO ENTER: To enter online you must have a valid e-mail address and Internet access as of 8/4/08. Log on to www.thesparklinglife.com between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 8/4/08 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08 and follow the instructions posted on screen. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Nestlé Waters North America Inc. (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice if the Web site becomes compromised in any way. In the event Sponsor does so, Sponsor shall post notice thereof on the Sweepstakes Web site. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated prematurely, all eligible entries received prior to termination will be eligible for the prize drawing. Sponsor not responsible for transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of method of entry. A day is defined as starting at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on a specific calendar day and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that same day. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 8/4/08 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08.

2. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner and nine (9) guests will receive a private dinner party prepared by an award-winning chef at Grand Prize winner’s residence. (chef and menu to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of Grand Prize: $15,000) Any costs/expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and guests. No part of this prize includes alcoholic beverages. If guests of winner are under the age of 18, that individual must attend with his/her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and guests must be able to have the private dinner party at Grand Prize winner’s residence between 3/17/09 and 5/30/09. If winner and his/her guest cannot have the private dinner party on that date or in the Grand Prize winner’s residence for whatever reason, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. No substitutions, cash alternative or transfer of any grand prize or first prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize or any part thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, travel cancellations, delays and postponements that may affect chef’s availability. FIRST PRIZES (2): Two (2) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) $250 Proflowers.com gift card. (ARV of First Prize: $250) Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received for the Grand Prize drawing.

3. GRAND AND FIRST PRIZE DRAWING: Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 1/2/09 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Fulfillment agent will attempt to notify potential Prizewinners at the mailing address listed on his/her Official Entry Form on or about 1/7/09. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Prizes.

4. WEEKLY PRIZES/ODDS (21): Each of twenty-one (21) weekly winners will receive one (1) $100 Williams Sonoma gift card. (ARV of each Weekly prize: $100.00). No substitution, cash alternative or transfer of any prize is permitted, except Sponsor may, in its discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received prior to each weekly drawing. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person. All non- winning entries will remain eligible for the subsequent weekly, Grand Prize and First Prize drawings.

5. WEEKLY DRAWINGS: Each Friday beginning 8/15/08 and ending 1/2/09, one (1) potential Weekly Prizewinner will be randomly selected by an independent judging agency from all eligible entries received. Each potential Weekly Prize winner will be contacted by mail on or about 1/7/09. Weekly Prizewinner will be contacted at the mailing address listed on his/her Official Entry Form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

TOTAL ARV of ALL PRIZES: $ 17,600

6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States or Washington D.C., who are 21 years of age or older. Entrants must have Internet access as of 8/4/08. Sweepstakes begins 8/4/08 and ends 12/31/08. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. Taxes, if any, are each winner’s sole responsibility. No transfer of equal or greater value or assignment of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize at its discretion. All Prizewinners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law. For all Prizes winners, documents must be returned within five (5) days of receipt or the prizewinner will be disqualified and if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Guests of the Grand Prize winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Guest Release Form. For Guests, documents must be returned within five (5) days of receipt. By entering this Sweepstakes, winner’s consent to the use of their name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Sponsor, and each of Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility.
